Bring your COVID card. School does not require but a facility we go to does require it.  You will miss that opportunity.

If you are under 18 you must have a notarized note from guardian.  

Bring picture ID (ie: Drivers license)
Phone either android or iPhone. (Android best)

Blood pressure cuff with unattached stethoscope, Green (Hunter  Green) scrubs, closed toed shoes, a watch with minute & second hands, and back pack for school items. 

All class material is emailed to you first day of class. Students are responsible to make a hard copy of information and bring it to class after first day of class introduction.
